The Half-Life Weapon Sprite Definition Generator version 2 is complete! It has the ability to actually open premade weapon sprite definitions, as long as they do not contain any empty lines or comments. Documentation is included in the setup package.
Note: You must have .NET Framework 1.1 installed to run this program, which you can grab at Microsoft.com.

It works fine for me, using WinXP Pro SP1.
Do you have .NET Framework 1.1 installed? |
|
No I don't, I'll try that |
|
I forgot to post that as a prerequisite. It's written using .NET Framework 1.1 managed extensions. (in Visual Basic) |

perhaps a link to the required components would be usefull |

I'll see if I can find one... |

Windows update has it. Go there.

I'm taking a VB course, I didnt want to switch between languages rapidly, it gives me headaches, and makes Visual Studio run REALLY slow.
I were going to write it in C/C++, I'd use GTK+ extensions, for which you'd need the GTK+ toolkit, of course it would run on every OS (that has a windowing system) I can think of...Edited by XENO on Nov 17 2003, 20:45:46
