Description: Well, actually an editor
The Half-Life Weapon Sprite Definition Generator version 2 is complete!
It has the ability to actually open premade weapon sprite definitions, as long as they do not contain any empty lines or comments.
Documentation is included in the setup package.

Note: You must have .NET Framework 1.1 installed to run this program, which you can grab at Microsoft.com.

[HudGen.exe]

The application failed to initialize properly (0x0000135). Click Ok to terminate the application

It works fine for me, using WinXP Pro SP1.

Do you have .NET Framework 1.1 installed?

No I don't, I'll try that

I forgot to post that as a prerequisite.
It's written using .NET Framework 1.1 managed extensions. (in Visual Basic)

Why not write it in C++?

Posted By: XENO on Nov 17 2003 at 20:45:23
I'm taking a VB course, I didnt want to switch between languages rapidly, it gives me headaches, and makes Visual Studio run REALLY slow.

I were going to write it in C/C++, I'd use GTK+ extensions, for which you'd need the GTK+ toolkit, of course it would run on every OS (that has a windowing system) I can think of...Edited by XENO on Nov 17 2003, 20:45:46
