Unlike other free game modification utilities, the XSI EXP for Half-Life 2 gives full access to all the professional features available in SOFTIMAGE|XSI. Everything you need to create Half-Life 2 characters, models, and environment elements is here. You can design characters, mix and blend animations, render interactively or use real-time shaders, and then export your models to Half-Life 2.

you dont NEED to have a min res of 1280x1024 you can get a layout from

here http://www.unrender.com/files/1024x768.zip but if you google it theres loads

1280 X 1024 is probably the most stupid reselution for a grafic program any way, as almost all monitors are 1:1,333 in aspect and 1280 X 1024 is 1:1,25.
So all your work will be sqused and look fat. the right aspect is at 1280x960, i have until now only seen one monitor whith a aspect of 1:1,25 and thats the MAC 17" studio display.Edited by NoBody on Mar 25 2004, 05:30:59

My god, my monitor's maximum resolution is 1280x1024 and it's microscopic, butI think I'll get that layout anyways. Btw, thanks for hosting this. I'm getting a nice 80k/s on my DSL line and it should be done in a few minutes :)

normally i woulda bitched at this kinda res too, but then i got a 17" LCD and now i run windows in 1280x1024...

Hehe, I got 1600x1200 no bother :D
Has to be the only program iv ever seen that lists "Three-button mouse" in the min requirements...

But I have l22t 64kbps (up to 128kbps in at night)
That's slow... :S

Um.... about that activation code.... can anyone tell me how to get it? I mean the one so that u can export to hl2. I visited the link... but dunno where to go fromt there
