I only seem to post news here when I've written a new article. I suppose it's "news" when there's a "new" article. :P Anyway, point is, there's a new, pretty comprehensive article about how to use source code management in your mod, which is something all mod teams SHOULD use but so far as I know almost none use, in the General Coding section. It actually provides a good tip about using the "subst" command whether or not you're going to use SCM, so you might want to check it out even if you know what SCM is and have decided it's not for you. |
