I trust you have all been busy trawling through all that code, immersed in Hammer or engrossed in XSI making that model you always wanted to but didn’t have the poly budget, which ever takes your fancy. In the mean time, our community has been busy slaving away over a hot text editor to bring you some brand new content.

First up is a simple run down on how to create those fantastic looking alpha blended materials for your displacement maps.

We also have two great articles by ibutsu. First we have the beginning of what hopefully will be a series of tutorials on game movement, part one covering wall jumping. He has also given us a very handy tutorial on debugging your HL2 mod, something I know a lot of you will find very useful.
